2. Scope of application
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they:
are a natural person legally capable of entering into agreements;
have read and accepted these terms and conditions;
acknowledge the right of withdrawal and the privacy policy.
Persons lacking legal capacity must be represented by their legal guardian.
The terms in force at the time of ordering apply. If any clause is invalid, the remaining clauses remain fully enforceable.

3. Offer & ordering
Orders can only be placed via www.schoenenpascale.be.
The offer is valid while stocks last. The seller may refuse an order in case of:
suspicion of fraud or abuse;
incorrect customer information;
unavailability of the item.

4. Prices & payment
All prices are listed in euro, including 21% VAT, except for intra-EU deliveries with valid VAT number (0% VAT).
Shipping costs
Belgium: free from €50, otherwise €6.50
NL / FR / DE / LU: free from €100, otherwise €9.50
Payment must be made in advance via:
Bancontact – Maestro – Visa – MasterCard – iDeal – Bank transfer
Orders paid by bank transfer are shipped once payment is received. Reservation valid 5 days.
5. Order confirmation
After payment, the customer receives an order confirmation email. If an item is unavailable, the paid amount will be refunded.
6. Delivery
Delivery is possible in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany and the rest of Europe.
The delivery period starts after payment is received.
Average delivery times:
Belgium & Netherlands: 1–30 business days
Other countries: 2–30 business days
The seller is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
A tracking link is provided by email once the shipment is dispatched.
7. Right of withdrawal & returns
In accordance with Articles VI.47–52 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer has 14 days to withdraw.

Original packaging required (shoe box cannot be used as shipping box)
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

8. Warranty
The legal warranty period of 2 years applies.
Defects must be reported within 7 days of discovery to: info@schoenenpascale.be.
Warranty does not cover:
improper use;
normal wear and tear;
repairs by third parties;
damage caused by moisture, heat, or careless handling.
If repair is impossible, an exchange or refund will be provided.
9. Website liability
The seller strives for accurate information but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
No liability is accepted for viruses, outages or incorrect external information.
10. Privacy & data protection
Personal data are processed in accordance with Belgian law and the GDPR.
Customers may access, correct or delete their data at any time.

In case of dispute, only the courts of the Ostend district are competent.

They also apply to every order placed via the webshop at www.schoenenpascale.be.
The website was created for and is managed by the seller. Users may view and print the information for personal use only, not for commercial purposes.
Anyone placing an order (hereinafter “the customer”) confirms being a natural person with legal capacity.

The seller processes orders while stocks last. Orders can only be processed if the customer is properly identified under art. 9. Orders may be refused if the product was sold in-store before online payment. The customer will be informed by e-mail.
The seller may refuse orders in cases of suspected abuse, bad faith, unacceptable commercial intent, or stock depletion.

Prices are those shown at the time of ordering. All prices include 21% VAT, except for intra-EU deliveries with a valid VAT number (0% VAT).
Shipping costs:
Belgium: free from €30, otherwise charged
NL/FR/DE/LU: free from €100, otherwise charged
Shipping outside these countries will be communicated before final confirmation.
Payment must be made before delivery via:
Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer.
For transfers, shipping occurs after payment is received. The article is reserved for 5 days.
Once the payment is accepted, the seller sends a confirmation email.
Delivery is possible in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany.
Delivery occurs at the customer’s address, in a pick-up point, or in-store.
Delivery outside Belgium is made to the provided address or chosen pick-up point.
Shipping method affects delivery time.
The customer receives an e-mail with tracking once the package is handed to bPost.
Customers collecting at a pick-up point receive an e-mail or SMS when the parcel arrives.

Returns are only accepted if the article is clean, undamaged, unworn, and in its original packaging. Shoes may only be tried indoors.
No extra costs apply beyond shipping.

Problems or defects must be reported within 7 days via registered letter, the contact form, or info@schoenenpascale.be.
If the item must be returned, the return procedure applies.
Shipping costs from Belgium and the Netherlands (if a personalized label is provided) are covered by the seller. From other countries, costs are borne by the customer.
The legal warranty applies.
The seller is not liable for force majeure, accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
Items with an accepted defect are repaired or replaced free of charge. If repair costs are disproportionate, replacement is allowed.
The customer accepts electronic proof.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their data.
The first order requires registration; subsequent orders require login only.
Final confirmation counts as a signature and acceptance.
The website provides general information. The seller is bound by a best-efforts obligation only.
The seller may suspend or discontinue the site at any time without notice.
